In 2010-2011 passed the Ukrainian Lawmaking School of The Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Parliament of Ukraine).

In 2015 successfully defended his thesis and obtained the degree of Ph.D. in Law (specialty 12.00.02 – Constitutional law, Municipal law).

In 2015, successfully passed the course “Teachers Certification of Distance Learning e-Tutor» (course developed by the University of Ankara with the support of the Center of innovative teaching methods of School of Management and Law of Zurich University of Applied Sciences in the framework of institutional partnership of Swiss National Science Foundation).

Member of the Task Team of reforms on decentralization, local self-government and regional policy at the Ministry of Regional Development (Ukraine).

Research activities: Constitutional Law; Municipal Law; International Law; European Law.

The author of more than thirty scientific papers, including: drafts of regulatory acts, manuals, guidelines, scientific practical commentaries to the legislation of Ukraine, reports at international conferences, articles in professional journals and others.
