On October 17, Mr. Paul Thomas was the third speaker during the “Principles of Entrepreneurship” session. This was the second time freshmen met Mr. Thomas. During this meeting they discussed the topic “A new capitalism for a new economy”.
Speaker pinpointed some main ideas of the topic, which are: 1. Capital asset contributions; 2. Corporate capital assets; 3. Myopic focus on financial success; 4. Pursuit of more for less; 5. The multinational business model; 6. Unproductive behaviors; and 7. A socially responsible corporation.
