On February 10th students of UACU (Ukrainian-American Concordia University) attended a lecture with Paul Thomas, Special Rector Advisor of UACU, Partner and President Ire (USA) Inc. and IRE (Ukraine) LLC. He presented the topic of ‘How to profit from a socially responsible business?’.
The main subtopics were:
· Capital assets of socially responsible business;
· A socially responsible business;
· Industries of the future;
· The ethical corporation;
· Sustainable E-Commerce
Mr. Thomas also mentioned several examples of socially responsible businesses of different spheres like fashion, medical technology, agribusiness, etc.
