The Theory of Effectuation is an approach to making decisions and performing actions in entrepreneurship processes whereas these processes might bring uncertainties and risks.
According to this approach, the entrepreneurs assess the resources available in order to achieve their goals. Then they constantly balance these goals with their resources and actions.
This online session will introduce the start up concept and the main principles of the Theory of Effectuation. Then, the participants will discuss how Ukranian startups and young entrepreneurs can cope with uncertainties and risks by deploying the Theory of Effectuation.
