Admission Criteria and Requirements
Ukrainian-American Concordia University admits for study citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, and stateless persons who are residing in Ukraine on legal grounds, possess the relevant education (education qualification) level and have expressed a wish to receive a higher education. In order to gain admission, applicants are to demonstrate their functional English language competence by taking the English placement test at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University or justify it with the relevant TOEFL score (or comparable international examination score/grade).
Entrants who have not gained the required competitive score may take an English language course at our English School in order to reach the English language level sought. Enrollment in UACU’s undergraduate (bachelor) and graduate (master) programs requires a certain level of English proficiency as the language of instruction is English.
Winners and awardees of the yearly Business English Competition held by the Ukrainian-American Concordia University every spring and graduates of the UACU’s English School are liable for admission concessions and tuition discounts.
As for all Ukrainian higher education institutions, the main condition for admission to the university is the passing of the National Multi-Subject Test (2022-2023) or External Independent Evaluation (2020 – 2021).
