The undergraduate educational program “International Business” integrates international dimension throughout the whole curriculum, which enables students to become successful employees and leaders of multinational companies, and prepares them for an international career. The Program exposes students not only to the theoretical dimensions of international business, but also to different cultures, customs and business practices, which is invaluable knowledge in our globalized economy.
The Program is delivered entirely in English. Among the internationally focused courses you will find International Economic Relations, World Economics, International Business, Area Studies, etc.

Business education at ConcordiaUA prepares students for effective leadership positions in organizations and business. Our students develop analytical, management and quantitative skills, which enable them to advance the performance of new and existing companies. These skills, together with advanced knowledge of qualitative areas of business and foreign languages make our students highly competitive on the job market.
Electives are designed to complement the basic educational program. Students choose electives based on their areas of interest. Students can choose electives from general and core educational electives.
Usually, the elective course is equal to 6 ECTS credits (3 US credits).
As a rule, from the general education electives, students choose 5 courses – 30 ECTS credits, and from the core educational electives – 6 courses – 36 credits.
The study of electives takes place during the entire period of study. General information on the electives is available on the website, but information on specific courses offered for the next semester is provided to students on the Moodle platform. When registering for subjects, students receive advisory information about the number of places offered by the electives in the group, the necessary prerequisites, if any, etc.
Students are required to complete and defend Course Paper in Economics and to have Internships.
ConcordiaUA students are offered an opportunity to become interns in the field of international economic relations, international economics and international business at prestigious Ukrainian, international and joint companies and organizations with the perspective of obtaining a job there after graduation. During their internship students are supervised by the experienced faculty and company executives.
State assessment in International Economic Relations is carried out in the form of public defense (demonstration) of qualification work.
Educational Program “International Business” is structured for 4 years. The student must earn 240 ECTS credits equal to 120 credits by American system.
