Prof. Dr. phil. Gert-René Polli (Austria) – an organization and government security and strategy expert with more than 30 years of experience in civil, military, intelligence and diplomatic environment as well as in other public and private sectors. Dr. Polli worked, inter alia, as Head of Corporate Security at Siemens AG and the Austrian government as Head of Intelligence for more than 6 years. Dr. Polli is an expert in the field of Threat Analysis related to current and future political and security challenges in Europe. In this capacity he is well known and respected in public and media.
He was working and living in conflict zones like Iraq, Syria, Pakistan and was resident in Turkey until September 2016. Honorary Doctor of our University Leonid Makarovych Kravchuk (born January 10, 1934, Velykyi Zhytyn village, Volyn province, the Polish Republic, now the Rivne region) is the first people’s elected President of Ukraine after gaining independence (1991–1994). He was the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 1990–1991, People’s Deputy (member of the Ukrainian Parliament) of Ukraine in 1990–1991 and 1994–2006.
Leonid Makarovich Kravchuk is a Hero of Ukraine (2001).
Since 1999 – he is a Co-Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Association of Democratic Forces “Zlagoda”.
He is an Honorary President of the International Public Association “Rivne Autonomy” and an Honorary Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Foundation for International Communication “Ukrainian People’s Embassy” (since 1994).
Since 2011 – he is an Honorary President of the “Perspective Ukraine” Foundation.
In January 2016 he proposed to provide Crimea with state autonomy as part of Ukraine, and Donbass – a “special status”.
Much attention Leonid Makarovich Kravchuk is paid to the development of the education system of the Independent Ukraine, to strengthen the image and rating of Ukrainian higher education at the international level. He received his diploma from the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk. Holds Honorary Doctorates of Philosophy of the Ukrainian-American Concordia University and the National Dragomanov Pedagogical University. Was appointed as Honorary Senator by the Ukrainian Free University in Munich, Germany in 2008. Since 2015 he is an Honorary Professor at the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University (Lutsk, Ukraine). Since 2014, Moritz Hunzinger is a professor for PR and Communication at the Faculty of Socio-Psychological Sciences and Management and thus the first foreign faculty member of the NPDU (Kyiv, Ukraine). In 2017 he was elected a member of the Supervisory Board of the NPDU.

Dr. Wolf Klinz is the Former Member of the European Parliament (2004-2014, 2017-2019), former president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Frankfurt am Main, Germany and former Executive Board Member of Treuhandstalt, the German Government’s agency for privatisation of the former East German industry, the then biggest company in the world with 8.000 entities and over 4 million employees. President of the Financial Reporting Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG).
Mr. Yunus Emre is an expert in international relations, global politics, and leadership. He is also an international expert on migration and integration policy. As a man with the best transatlantic and international connections, he promotes transatlantic friendship as well as democratic themes.
Yunus Emre is a member of the CDU and has worked on the board of the CDU in his city for many years. He was also a member of the National Integration Commission of the CDU. He was the founding president of the German-Turkish Association of Economics and Science and has been an active member of the German-Ukrainian Association of Economics and Science for many years.
He is regularly invited to deliver international speeches/lectures on democracy and leadership issues, as well as on international relations - he was in the USA, Israel, the countries of the European Union, and Ukraine.
He advocates strengthening democracy and freedom in a new era. So he is actually working on his book on democracy and its needs in a changing world.
Yunus Emre is an honorary doctor of UACU in international relations and law (October 25, 2019), as well as an honorary professor of UACU in leadership, politics, and international relations (June 25, 2021).
