Today ConcordiaUA students had an introductory lecture to the course “Principles of Management”. The speaker, Olena Diomina, who is marketing and management professional, explained the main points of “Win-Win communication”, how it works and why it is so important in business world. She also emphasized that one of the most important rules in this sphere is nonviolent communication which still rarely happens nowadays and ruins the social and economic progress of the humanity. Students talked about evolution of communication and values, changes in relationship that happened from ancient Socratic times to our today’s lives.
