As Education Coordinator (outstaff ) you will take responsibility for the administrative (Academy management) and organizational follow-up of Education and Training activities and will be in charge of different Education projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take care of all administrative and technical staff of L’Oréal Academy: training calendar management, orders for Academy equipment, reception of calls and mails, organizational preparation to trainings etc.
- Coordinate the arrival of all guests to the Academy, training participants
- Plan the organization of trainings, educational meetings and events (order and delivery of products, training facilities searching, etc. )
- Organize business trips for educational team
- Take care of the link between education and other departments (Marketing, Sales, Digital etc.).
- Draw up purchase orders, monitors budget and expenditure
- Coordinate education projects, specifically Access deployment (content, visibility…), animates the platform to ensure traffic
- Work on content from International and create local content if needed for Access in collaboration with local Education Managers and marketing teams
Your Background
- Higher education
- Experience in administrative positions from 1 year
- Be proficient user of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, others)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Knowledge of English ( upper-intermediate )
