Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening for the IT Customer Care Specialist position in Kyiv.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing full and efficient users support when working with corporate IS hardware and software components;
  • Organizing system, standard, corporate and special applied software;
  • Providing all corporate software supports;
  • Organizing new computers and other office techniques preparation and installation;
  • Providing IS/IT induction for all newcomers;
  • Organizing and conducting trainings of Intranet/Internet, email and other services usage for site employees;
  • Being responsible for standard software configuration installation at users’ computers in accordance to Nestle standards;
  • Supportiing purchasing and asset management activities such as purchasing requests creation, documents workflow, inventory, write-off, etc.

Main Requirements:

  • University Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
  • 1+ years of experience in IT;
  • Knowledge of modern information systems, web-oriented software;
  • Knowledge of personal computers, office equipment, internal computer and telephone network topology;
  • Good analytical and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English language (intermediate level).
