The speakers will discuss their vision of the future of Ukraine as members of the young generation of Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

Speakers:

  1. Yegor Aushev, CEO & Co-Founder of Cyber Unit Technologies &  “White” Hackers Cyber School. Cyber Unit Technologies specializes in cybersecurity, training, and developments in the field of blockchain with offices in Ukraine, Korea, UAE. The clients of the company are private and public institutions in Europe, Korea, and the UAE. Recently, together with European colleagues and partners from the United States, conducted training at the “cyber training field” for government agencies of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. Cyber Unit Technologies is actively consulting public authorities in Ukraine, in particular the Ministry of Finance, the National Security and Defense Council, etc. While writing his PhD thesis, Yegor Aushev worked on the Tevatron collider and co-authored the discovery of a new elementary particle “Odderon”. Cyber School graduates defend the Office of the President of Ukraine 24/7 from hackers. Nominated by bit.ua in the rating of TOP 100 Tech Drivers of Ukraine.
  2. Anton Ruban, Co-Owner of Extreme Pride (distribution of famous Consumer Electronics brands GoPro, Shark, & Ninja), Callebaut – “Best Way Foods”- Belgian chocolate (distributing raw materials for confectionary industry), and Spell Chocolate (producing B2C confectionary products focused on premium chocolate, caramel, and ice-cream production based in Kyiv). Anton established his 1st company at the age of 21. Currently employs over 100 people.
  3. Fedir Serdiuk, CEO of FAST, a company that provides 130 International and Ukrainian corporations with first aid training and consulting services on workplace healthcare. He is also a co-founder of KPBF. KPBF provides the largest Ukrainian corporations with innovative solutions on Workplace Safety. Fedir is listed in Forbes Ukraine (2020) and Forbes Europe (2021) 30 Under 30 rating. He is holding a membership in the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community.
  4. Oksana Syroyid, Vice President of Kyiv School of Economics, Co-chair of Lviv Security Forum. Oksana Syroyid is a Ukrainian politician, constitutional lawyer, lecturer, defense and security expert, who was a Vice Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine in 2014-2019. Prior to her parliamentary and political work she was a Director of All- Ukrainian Charitable Foundation “Ukrainian Legal Foundation”based in Kyiv, Ukraine. In 2004-2012 she was the National Project Manager and the Head of Rule of Law Unit (Administrative Law, Administrative Justice and Legal Education Issues) of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Ukraine.
  5. Maryna Vasylyeva, Owner and Designer of several brands of the Pollardi Fashion Group. POLLARDI is a young Ukrainian company that is actively growing and developing. The history of POLLARDI began in 2012. Today POLLARDI is the largest brand in Ukraine and the largest factory in Europe for sewing wedding dresses. The factories of the Pollardi Fashion Group are located in Khmelnytskyi, central Ukraine. She also created a cluster of wedding companies in Ukraine, which implement common projects, share experiences, and promote Ukrainian products abroad.
