Division Coordinator PPD

You are dynamic, curious, ambitious and passionate to beauty? Then this position is made for you! As an Division Coordinator you will take the responsibility for the administrative and organizational matters of the teams’ activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties (schedule, telephone, mail etc)
  • Draw up purchase orders, monitors budget and expenditure
  • Assist employees of the division in their requests
  • Organizing of events
  • Handle any administrative points of the managers of the division

 

Your Background:

  • Higher education
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen and provide assistance when needed
  • Multitasking
  • English upper-intermediate
  • Be proficient user of MS Excel, PPT
