The thirteenth class of mutual subject for Bachelor and Master degree students “International Affairs and Trade” was held in UACU today. It was one more interesting lecture filled with information prepared by our top speaker, Henry Shterenberg. The topic was “Integration of values culture”. Henry provided us with a useful presentation and gave us the main aspects of today’s theme. We talked about the importance of culture, personal and core values. It gave us a deep understanding of how the company culture can impact the overall business. In short, strong company culture will make people stay in a corporation for the long term, which leads to increased income and success. Furthermore, the special guest speaker, Vijay Sambamurthi, was invited. Vijay is an Indian corporate/securities lawyer with more than 23 years of experience advising VC/PE and other funds, exciting start-ups, and high-growth corporations. He shared his great experience in working on start-ups and told us more about his work. In addition, our guest-lecturer said that India was an excellent country to develop our legal knowledge.
