Requirements:

- Qualification:
- 4+ years experience in business analysis / process engineering
- 3+ years of process documentation development
- 1+ years of coordination / project management experience – in IT company preferably
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably related to field or equivalent work experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Business processes development: interviewing and buy-in from stakeholders, process flow capturing, process KPIs identification, analyze business benefits and/or operational efficiencies.
- Produce project documentation including business requirements, presentations for different audiences, training materials.
- Current business processes audit: identify gaps and improvements proposal.
- Collaboration and alignment with functional teams, defining the roadmap, prioritizing improvements and enhancement requests.
- Provide business analysis support for the workforce management team.
- Maintain Company process library, content management.
