The difference between Concordia and other universities of Ukraine is very large, because Concordia is a private university with its own culture, and the university also has professional teachers who have practiced in well-known companies and can transfer their knowledge. On the other hand, stealers from public universities have, in my opinion, less experience working in global companies, and this does not give their advantage compared to a private university. Also, comparing two different types of universities, Concordia prefers a double degree that is valued in the world and gives an advantage in later life with a choice of work. Also, the impulse of the teachers themselves carries a charge of positivity regarding the acquisition of knowledge at a professional university recognized as the best in Ukraine and abroad.
As for motivation, our university has wonderful teachers who, at consultation meetings, encourage students to develop in the direction they have chosen, and I have one, Ruslana Vitalyivna Seleznyova, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor, Concordia Ukrainian-American University (Ukraine), she always saw in me the potential for development in IT Management and Development at meetings, and previously in pairs, and every time she said that she was proud that I now come to her for a pair or consultation, because she is lonely because almost no one goes and we could talk freely on the topic she prepared and it is a real honor for her as a teacher and for the university to hire such a great teacher.
There are also various benefits for students for excellent studies, if they get 90-100 percent for courses, they have an advantage and it also gives motivation to study subjects in more detail to get these bonuses. And to raise the mood of your loved ones who also cheer for the student so that he/she develops himself/herself in these areas and acquires knowledge in this university.
Plus, there is a wall on the main site where students are placed for their achievements and I am sure that everyone wants to get there in order to one fine day show their family and friends that they have achieved it and in turn they push the student who achieved it to repeat it this action
Organization of communication, in my opinion, everything is good enough because everyone receives information on time and I don’t have any problems afterwards, in my opinion, maybe it would be possible to create a bot in Telegram that would give information faster and students would worry less about the dean’s office, I can help with a bot, I have knowledge)) Yes this will be an innovative program of the university, with which it will become the first university to have a fully functional telegram or viber bot, which in turn will replace the answers on the question template. If you have to ask a non-ordinary question, it will be transferred to a representative of the university who will be able to give a more appropriate answer to the question. And also the payment system can be made to position itself as an even more developed university, which means that each student/applicant can see how much he has to pay for the next semester of study. And this will be the know-how of the university.
Group and inter-group relations in general construction are good, because everyone can unite and not ask the dean’s question individually, but make a collective request, and this is a great opportunity to communicate with each other in order to clarify and explain tasks in more detail.
It is also a big advantage that at the university I was able to make my own startup from the very beginning to its scaling, and this gives me some basic capital for the development of myself and my skills and abilities, as well as the development and maintenance of people who suffered during a full-scale war, which we will definitely win. Because, so to speak, a business startup brings taxes to the state treasury and supports soldiers with provisions. In this way, thanks to the university, I was able to create something unique and strengthen Ukraine. Because teachers provide knowledge in various fields of activity and we can implement them in life and create small communities. And enjoy what we do. Because in my opinion, there is nothing better to do and do what can bring benefits and relaxation from what you are doing.
In addition to this, there are various projects at the university. Such as, for example, an internship at the BMN company, in which I met students from the university and created my other business, and now we are developing it on a global scale so that more people will like Ukrainian content.
