Boeing is looking for Employment Documentation Specialist based in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will prepare required employment documentation in accordance with local requirements and internal Company policies. You will work as part of an integrated HR team to provide support to business requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepares required employment documentation in accordance with local labor law requirements and Company internal policies (including hiring, transfers, terminations, compensation changes, name changes, staff schedule for the legal entity, Internal Work Rules document, etc.)
  • Prepares and maintains employee individual employee files
  • Completes entries in, maintains and stores employee labor books
  • Completes data entries into HR information systems
  • Maintains and ensures appropriate completion of required medical leave documents
  • Keeps record of employee vacation, business trips, other absences, exceptions from regular working hours, prepares all related required employment documentation
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation and signing of employment documentation
  • Provides advice on employment documentation requirements in line with changes in applicable regulations

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.  Candidates should have existing authorization to work in Ukraine.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1 year or more work experience in HR administration or employment documentation
  • Knowledge of basics of Ukrainian labor law and employment documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of English language – upper intermediate level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • 3 or more years’ experience in HR administration or employment documentation
  • Experience working in an international organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years’ related work experience or Master’s degree and 1 or more years’ of related work experience

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
