Head of Logistics and Distribution
In this role you will…
- To develop recommendations, and implementation strategy in distribution, CS and warehousing of company products.
- To define the policy of work with suppliers and service providers.
- To ensure proper conditions of storage products on the pharmaceuticals warehouse.
- To manage department staff including the managers.
- To support communications and information exchange with other company departments (such as, Marketing, demand, supply, financial, regulatory etc.).
- To manage department operating in line with the budget, minimizing, and optimizing of costs, participation and driving projects that will help to find the most effective level of work of the supply chain
- To support and improve reports on transportation costs, products availability, warehouse services etc
- To manage the process of providing discounts, promo, commercial terms, CS operations / returns from customers, in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Distribution Policies
- Project management and communication with non-Ukrainian teams on operational issues and improving the work of contractors for international transportation and warehousing, including external contacts
- To support and improve QMS in the responsible area for compliance with the GSK standards and politics, target operational model, instructions, and local SOPs.
- To manage projects of the local contractor selection and contracting according to company policies and standards
- To organize and supervise the work of the entrusted structural unit, to evaluate its performance.
- Implementation of global projects with a regional team – Continuous Improvement, Trade Compliance etc

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree level qualification
- Previous experience (not less than 5 years) at the same position, preferably in multinational pharmaceuticals/FMCG company, management experience.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English, written and oral preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
- Excellent PC skills and excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Ability for multitasking, project management
- Willingness to learn and develop.
