As Brand Manager you should orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement consumers recruitment and animation action plan, new product launches
- Local adaptation and development of promotional materials to support brand
- Develop and implement promotional and trade marketing plan and marketing tools
- Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations
- Manage promotional and animation PPP budget for and ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Contribute elaboration of brand development strategy in Ukraine
Your Background:
- Degree in Marketing or General Economics
- Relevant experience in marketing 2+ years
- Sensitivity to products and beauty industry
- Excellent analytical skills
- Creative approach
- Proficient Excel
- Fluent English
- Strong communication, organizational and project leading skills
