Admission to Master’s Programs in 2024

This year’s applicants to master’s programs must pass the  Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE) and the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE). The UPEE assesses the level of preparation in the specialty, while the UEE includes a general academic competence test and a foreign language test (English, German, French, or Spanish).

According to the Admission Procedure for Higher Education in 2024, the scores from the 2023 or 2024 UEE and the 2024 UPEE 07 “Management and Administration” will be considered for competitive selection.

Additional registration will take place from June 17 to June 21. The additional session of the UEE / UPEE will be held from July 31 to August 14 for those who:

• Did not manage to register during the main period.
• Registered but were unable to participate or complete the testing due to valid reasons.
• Chose the UPEE with simultaneous subject tests.

Applicants can apply for the additional session within three days after the main session if they:

• Were unable to start or complete the test due to confirmed reasons.
• Could not participate due to circumstances beyond their control.
• Discovered violations of the exam procedure.

Applications for the additional session must be submitted through the regional center for educational quality assessment in person, by mail, or by email. The decision to admit to the additional session is made by the regulatory commission, and the results are reflected in the participant’s account.

Information about the results of the main session on a scale of 100-200 points will be posted on the participants’ information pages by July 20, and for the additional session by August 20.
