Our student Anna took part in the International Conference on Human Rights: Youth in Asia (ICHR 2025), which was held on March 20–22 in Tokyo, Japan.
The conference was organized by the East Asia Young Scholars Association (EAYSA), Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) Tokyo, the Human Security Program (HSP), and the Research Center for Sustainable Peace (RCSP) at the University of Tokyo.
Anna presented her report, “Digital authoritarianism in the Philippines: a study of online censorship and freedom of speech in the social media (2020–2024)”, as a part of Panel 4 – “Technology and Democracy,” which took place on March 21.
We are proud of the achievements of our students and wish Anna new scientific endeavors!
