Requirements:
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong relationship-building, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the implementation and automation of new business processes and in the improvement of existing ones.
- Experience being part of an agile software development team
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
Would be a Plus:
- Project management and Team leading experience.
- Experience in managing and designing a product in healthcare is a plus
- Define the product vision from scratch.
- Experience coaching Scrum teams, ensuring agility and excellent deliveries.
- Experience working in several agile set-ups being a strong change agent.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate Product Vision and Strategy, Business Model to the team, to stakeholders, and to external parties
- Collaborating proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs.
- Managing requirements-related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
- Anticipate a client’s needs.
- Manage a product backlog.
- Oversee the product development stages.
- Acting as primary communicator and link between stakeholders and development teams.
