EoTU Inc., a Delaware – US company, is actively seeking part-time and full-time summer interns to assist in revitalizing Ukraine’s economic base. This exciting opportunity will provide qualified candidates with exposure to all aspects of life at a startup. Our international team is quickly scaling operations to facilitate foreign investment into Ukraine. We believe that Ukraine is a sleeping economic giant about to awaken. We also believe that our one-of-a-kind business model makes us uniquely qualified to assist Ukraine in its quest to modernize its economy.
We stress development from the ground up – having cemented exclusive agreements with local municipalities whom we are preparing for the anticipated influx of development that is beginning now. We are looking for motivated, dedicated self-starters who are comfortable wearing many hats.

- Ukraine Development Alliance (UDA) – our subsidiary dedicated to promoting Ukraine’s business opportunities to the global business community.
- Economy of Trust Industrial Parks – our subsidiary dedicated to identifying industrial lands in Ukraine and preparing them to become industrial parks with the assistance of local leaders.
- Business Development Ambassador program – our team of partner business professionals actively looking to bring companies into Ukraine.
- Economy of Trust Academy – our subsidiary dedicated to the education and empowerment of our clients and partners. As part of our commitment to revitalizing Ukraine’s economic base, the Academy provides specialized educational programs designed to enhance business acumen and operational competencies.
- UA Grant Central – our subsidiary dedicated to empowering Ukrainian businesses by providing them with the most current and comprehensive grant information. We actively compile and update a database of available grants specifically targeted towards the needs of Ukrainian enterprises, helping them access vital funding opportunities.
- Commerce Department of Economic Union – our subsidiary dedicated to facilitating trade and economic cooperation.
The position will provide the opportunity to grow your skills across several capabilities such as researching; coordinating team projects; writing and editing strategic communications; interfacing with clients and commercial partners; helping to move projects from the idea stage to the shovel-ready stage; working alongside international professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting business unit managers in executing key objectives.
- Coordinating team communications.
- Working in a collaborative manner with fellow team members and partners.
- Researching topics related to current events, industries, particular companies, and other vital topics as needed.
- Participating in team meetings.
- Assisting in preparing grant proposals.
- Assist in identifying and researching potential new clients and markets internationally.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies to expand the company’s global presence.
- Help prepare detailed business proposals and pitches for international clients, tailored to their specific business environments and needs.
- Take on assigned tasks within larger projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all client-related documents and communications are filed and organized systematically for easy access and reference.
- Utilizing EoTU’s digital platform.
Qualifications:
- Be a junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to problem solve and think “outside the box.”
- Ability to effectively address and resolve issues in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer and Web proficient.
- Knowledgeable about social media marketing.
- Willing to learn.
