Business English Competition 2026: Winners Announced

The annual Business English Competition 2026 was held in the distance mode on Saturday, April 25.

The remote format allowed students from all over Ukraine, as well as those currently living abroad, to participate in the Olympiad. Participants completed a real-time test via the UACU Distance Learning Center (Moodle) with online proctoring in Zoom. Business presentations were submitted as pre-recorded videos.

We are pleased to announce the winners of the All-Ukrainian Business English Competition:

1^st Place:

• Yelyzaveta Chaika (Zhytomyr, Zhytomyrska Oblast;Zhytomyr Cooperative Applied College of Business and Law, year 2); total score 181.55
• Polina Kurushchak (Kyiv; Atmospheric School LLC, 9th grade); total score 181.30

2^nd Place:

• Kyrylo Honcharenko (Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizka Oblast; Zaporizhzhia Classical Lyceum, 11th grade); total score 178.80
• Stiven Sigal (Kyiv; Lyceum Gremium, 10th grade); total score 178.70

3^rd Place: 

• Anna Berezianska (Kyiv; Architectural and Engineering Collegium A+, 10th grade); total score 174.75

Highest Test Score (Stage 1 Winner):

• Yelyzaveta Holokolosova (Vinnytsia, Vinnytska Oblast; Vinnytsia Humanities Lyceum No. 1 named after Mykola Pyrohov, 10th grade)

Best Business Presentation (Stage 2 Winner):

• Mariia Hontar (Sumy, Sumska Oblast; Sumy General Secondary School No. 27, 10th grade)

The participants can see their scores/points received in Moodle (UACU Distance Learning Center), as well as the full charts of overall, test, and presentation scores. The diplomas and certificates will be issued and emailed to the participants within two weeks.
