Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month career development program for final-year students and recent graduates. It is designed to accelerate your career path within the international Company and help you secure a managerial role at ВАТ Ukraine.
You will be involved in tasks and projects across the following streams
Talent Management & Development
- development and promotion of the employer brand;
- organisation and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding process;
- support of initiatives related to talent attraction, retention, and development, etc.
HR Business Partnering
- active collaboration with managers and business teams;
- advisory and support to managers on people management-related matters;
- acting as a trusted Business Partner in all HR-related topics.
HR Services & Operational Support
- management of compensation and benefits processes;
- ensuring HR administration and support of other HR operational processes within Company;
- compliance with internal procedures and support of their continuous effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation);
- motivated to build a career in HR within the international company;
- have leadership and strong analytical skills;
- goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset;
- ability to relocate within Ukraine;
- advantageous at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles);
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Working Conditions
- 5/2 working schedule with flexible start and end of the working day (8-10 00 to 17-19 00); shortened Fridays until 15 00 upon completion of all tasks
- hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office, remaining days remote);
- architecturally accessible central office;
- the role involves continuous use of a computer and company accounting systems and requires a high level of attention to detail and focus;
- the role involves frequent verbal communication with Company colleagues.
