Anastasiia Chubenko, II year student, speciality “International Economic Relations + BBA”:

«This is truly important issue nowadays. I would like to share my own tips that may be useful to other students.

To begin with, it is essential to be organized. It is like a chance for every student to develop effective time-management skills. First of all, you have to make a glider and plan your day/week/month in advance. This way you can define clear objectives and resources that you need to tackle them. For example, you can review syllabus for each of your courses, schedule tasks and develop a long-term plan for completing all of them.

Secondly, person needs to find comfortable place where it will possible to concentrate on studying. You can create your own atmosphere that will inspire you to study more. Here it is important to limit distractions as far as possible.

Of course, in order to make online learning effective you should be an active participant in all activities. You should not be afraid of taking initiative to discuss something or to give an answer to the question. Thus, you can get an additional point and your instructors will be happy with your contributions. In addition, it can increase your individual happiness and encourage studying hard.

Moreover, every student can find various online studying platforms where it is possible to acquire or improve useful skills such as effective time management, leadership and others. You can find a wide selection of courses and taking them you can even get certificates. You have an ability to choose several that suits you best and that will help you become the best version of yourself.

And last but not least, you need to sleep at least 8 hours per day to stay calm and cheerful. It also will help you to stay focused during lectures and complete assignments quickly.»
