ConcordiaUA students listened to Marshall Christensen and his lecture about servant leadership. The lecture started from the definition of the core values of servant leaders. The controversial statement was discussed whether our values are found in our hearts, not only in our minds. In addition, he told about efficient leadership within organizational structure and the most common problems in this area. There was another discussion to recognize what strategies do leaders use to influence and motivate. The lecture was not only very interesting but also very useful especially for students studying business.
