It is a 10 minute Full Body Workout. I really enjoy doing this one in the morning, as it is not too intense and it makes me feel strong and energized for the rest of the day.
No Equipment necessary and not much space needed 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.”
