You are:
A talent acquisition and executive search expert with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle hiring and recruitment. You have great interpersonal skills and an ability to recognize potential talent and get passive candidates interested in new opportunities. You’re an expert in advanced networking, candidate generation, and internet sourcing methodologies.
You’re independent while also working well in teams and you’re committed to results. You have a strategic view, a business touch and you’re very curious and creative when it comes to headhunting methods.
If you have business development/sales/marketing experience and technical background and an understanding of the tech sector – that’s an advantage.
