As a Business Developer in active cosmetics division (brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay, Cerave) you will manage and develop a group of partners and clients in a given geographical area for a given portfolio of products and to a link between L’Oréal and Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the business potential of existing clients and build loyalty
· Achieve sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives (sell in/out, stock)
· Identify and convert future clients in the given area (distribution development)
· Improve visibility in point of sales
· Motivate, support and train retail staff
· Inform about any relevant field news (competitors initiatives, distribution etc.)
Your Background:
- Higher Education
· Sales experience 1-3 years
· Good negotiations and communication skills
· Multitasking approach
· Entrepreneurial spirit and taste for challenge
· Analytical Skills
