Job Description
Are you looking for the new opportunities in IT field? Join us from now on as an IT supporter (f/m). Your area of responsibility will include the support of our users remotely by telephone or e-mail. Here you solve their everyday problems like in Windows 10, in the Office applications as well as with their iPhone.
Qualifications
You have successfully completed your apprenticeship in the area of IT or gained similar experience in a professional IT environment. Experience with the professional usage of Microsoft products such as Windows 10 and Office 365 has already been gained. Here you could also prove and expand your knowledge working in international environment. In addition, you are flexible, able to work under pressure and enjoy facing new challenges. Your personal initiative, ability to work in a team, empathy and very good communication skills in English and Ukrainian round off your profile (German language skills additional to English will be a big advantage).
