You are:

A great communicator with 5+ years of HR experience. You have a proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders. You’re a mature, flexible and open-minded individual who can manage stakeholders across the globe. You feel comfortable in a constantly changing environment while executing big-scale projects. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

• Be a leader throughout the Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team -understand our business, speak up and influence positive change
• Work closely with partners and colleagues in different locations
• Be a trusted partner and coach to our leaders: consulting on employee relations, recruitment, development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
• Be proactive and curious
• Participate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
• Promote Wix’s values and culture throughout the employee journey
