Talent Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and confident talent marketing professional to launch amazing projects together and improve the Employer Brand of GlobalLogic. As a part of the Talent Acquisition Team you’ll assist with engagement of the best talents on the Ukrainian IT market.

Requirements:

• • 1+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in IT marketing, recruitment/talent marketing or Employer Branding;
  • Understanding of Ukrainian IT Talent market;
  • English on the B2(Upper-Intermediate) level – both written and spoken;
  • Experience in Linkedin and other Social Media promo campaign launching as a plus;
  • Content-writing skills (both in Ukrainian and English)
  • Analytical and creativity skills
  • Strong communication skills

 

Job Responsibilities:

• • Implementation of recruitment marketing strategy on external IT market and internally in the company;
  • Coordination of marketing activities that increase candidate’s pipeline;
  • Open positions promo campaigns coordination;
  • Hiring and pre-hiring events launching;
  • Company’s presence at job portals managing;
