Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital specialist you are responsible for driving the digital activations, for the Cluster and the local perspective of the Ukrainian business objectives, translated into digital marketing actions, followed with digital marketing objectives and KPIs.

You are executing the local RevGen campaign in the digital area. While cooperating with TPs in digital coop activities (together with KAMs and CTMMs). Also, as the Digital specialist, you represent the Ukrainain market in the TP online channel development on cluster level, and together with market teams: influencing assortment, content, ratings and visibility in local cooperation with TPs.

Your direct manager is the Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, who cooperates strongly with the local Marketing and Sales organization, to execute local projects in digital areas.  

Your responsibilities will include

  • You are a member of the Central Europe Cluster Digital Team, who is responsible for:
  • Execution of digital strategy in the Cluster, guiding and giving support to selected involved markets across region
  • Drive and execute local UA digital activities as part of whole local marketing plan (in cooperation with local Marketing Manager and local teams)
  • Manage local and regional agencies cooperation
  • Represent CE Cluster in cooperation with HQ brand and digital teams
  • Driving innovation & being the digital pulse of the organization

Minimum requirements

  • Experience with Digital Marketing projects while having Digital Media Buying skills 
  • Having market insights and knowledge of Consumer/Shopper 
  • A true communicator at heart!
  • Analytical skills  
  • Master in Contract Management and Relationship Management
  • Understanding Marketing Strategy & Planning and Marketing Metrics 
  • Proactive and quick in decision making
  • A desire to grow in Digital Marketing!
  • Proficient in English and Ukraine

Preferred skills and experiences

  • 2-3 years experience in Marketing, within a digital marketing role
  • Experience with analysis of complex reports, for instance, Google Analytics results, Campaign Media plan and post buy report, GFK reports. 
  • Advanced Excel, G-drive, PowerPoint skills. 
  • SAP knowledge will be a plus!
