Lead Web Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Web Analyst with 3+ years of prior experience in data analysis and working with (MarTech) Marketing technology who can be a champion in:

  • Data Analysis. You’ll maintain existing reports effectively and build on them with the new analysis. You’ll leverage this knowledge to investigate and track down issues and bottlenecks at the top of the funnel, making recommendations for optimization and process improvements wherever you see them;
  • Being responsible for MarTech Stack Ownership. You’ll manage and support the marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll also play a key role in the implementation of new technologies;
  • Lead Generation Workflows. You’ll partner with marketing on lead gen-related workflows, managing lead scoring, distribution, and cadence processes to continuously improve cross-team operations;
  • Team orientation. Collaborate and work closely with SEO Team, Content Production Team, Web Analytics teams, and the rest of the extended Marketing and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities and business impact
  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Set up, manage, and improve key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Build marketing automation processes, qualification criteria, and lead scoring processes
  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
  • Work closely with the content strategy and SEO team and present analysis and findings to a variety of audience
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Collaborate and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews pertinent to lead management and present findings and recommendations
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the marketing managers and help them define the customer engagement model via digital and human touch

Requirements

  • Superb analytical skills using data to generate insights and problem solving
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Highly advanced in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Reporting & Visualization (PowerBI/Tableau)
  • An interest in data, statistics, and conversion rate analysis, with the ability to discover patterns and areas of opportunity
  • Experience in setting up or managing CRM systems
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Understanding of and/or experience working with lead management processes related to marketing programs, activities, campaigns, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2)
