You will be a part of a dynamic team that works across all strategic ad product initiatives.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

• • Work with internal cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, client success, etc.);
  • Consult advertisers on short and long-term KPIs to reach their marketing objectives;
  • Express patience and persistence to solve issues on behalf of advertisers, with a view to work towards long-term solutions;
  • Constantly look for result optimization possibilities & inform the advertisers proactively on possible improvements;
  • Oversee account setup & proactively troubleshoot any possible issues (suspensions, incorrect setup, policy issues, etc.).
  • Create tasks for designers to produce the ads;
  • Report on results in a timely manner;

Core and Functional Skills and Knowledge

• • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
  • Experience in Mobile Performance Marketing 2+ years;
  • Understanding of the general principles of attracting customers and experience of working with any traffic channel (Twitter is the preferred one)
  • Experience with managing budgets, reporting on results, and predicting the future impact on business processes;
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong soft skills; 
  • The most important thing is your mindset and desire to generate ideas, and come up with solutions to given tasks.

Will be a Plus:

• • Expertise with multiple traffic sources (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Snap and other core channels)
  • Experience with big budgets;
  • Upwork or any freelance experience; 
  • Practical expertise with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust);
