Oversees the progress of staffing all open positions across the assigned BU
Identifies priority positions and drives staffing of them with the respective recruiters, delivery managers, account managers, resource managers, internal mobility and other staffing coordinators
Develops a staffing plan and drives execution of the plan with help of involved parties. Works on creative approaches to staff critical positions, discusses rotations from other projects
Business:
By overseeing EPAM’s resourcing capabilities acts as an entry point for business to land new demand
Validates demand with business and clarifies all needed details
Represents business when setting staffing priorities
Processes & Data:
Ensures that staffing related processes are followed by all business and GDO stakeholders
Ensures that quality of data is kept up-to-date in Staffing Desk
Represents WPM in QBRs, AMP sessions, AM/DM onboarding workshops
Requirements
Great communication skills: ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions
3+ years of IT experience or Recruitment: good understanding of modern IT landscape – major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks
Stress tolerant: flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timelines and changing priorities
Attentive to details, friendly, polite, thorough: strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary
Good understanding of EPAM staffing tools and processes
