With us you will:
- Manage manufacturing cost optimization and financial planning for a major P&G production site
- Be involved in day-to-day financial analysis, fixed asset management, accounting and the overall site governance & stewardship.
- Contribute to the definition of long-term strategic priorities, framing the key strategic choices to accelerate value creation
- Work with big data sets to spot patterns and build impactful insights to craft P&G business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to make business recommendation based on analytics and insights, going beyond numerical metrics and making connections between industry value creation and business strategy.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance would be very desirable for this role but not a must
- Previously worked with big sets of data and the ability to present the data efficiently to support business decisions.
- A broad understanding of accounting systems and processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across locations.
- Ability to set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people and be able to demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative.
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
