ConcordiaUA has always paid considerable attention to the academic mobility of students.

Academic mobility of students is an important factor that not only allows them to acquire new unique professional knowledge and improve foreign language skills, but also contributes to the formation of multicultural communication skills necessary for successful careers in multinational teams of international organizations and businesses. It helps students to see life and the world differently, their time abroad opens doors and brings them in contact with new job markets. At the same time, it permits students to study and live in a safe and peaceful country during the war.

ConcordiaUA has partnership agreements with many leading EU universities and in particular with Hochschule Worms University of Applied Sciences (Worms, Germany).

For the last five years, our students have the opportunity to study for a semester or two at the Hochschule Worms University of Applied Sciences.

In the 2021-2022 academic year, in the 2nd semester after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we turned to our partners with a request to provide an opportunity for our students to study subjects online at their universities.

Hochschule Worms University of Applied Sciences supported this idea and made the training online. From May 16, 2022 to July 08, 2022 and from September 30, 2022 to December 16, 2022, ConcordiaUA students took courses of the German Language for Beginners.

Students who were registered for these courses received a monthly exchange scholarship from German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst/ DAAD) with funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany.

Next courses of the German Language for Beginners and Intermediate level for ConcordiaUA is planned to be held in March 2023.

We would like to thank Hochschule Worms University of Applied Sciences for the opportunities to study at your university.
