You are:
- A student of 3-5 years of the Faculty of Economy
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- A great communicator and a team player
- A professional with customer-first mindset
- Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level
With you we will:
- Work closely with Strategic Buyers and Procurement team on requests for contract creation and modification.
- Support contract availability and update in CLM and SAP systems.
- Provide technical and expert assistance to Procurement team and Strategic Buyers related Contract Managements queries.
- Prepare global, periodic and on demand reports; graphs and analytics concerning spends, volumes, cost improvement, contracts etc.
- Participate in Global and Local projects to support transformation and process optimization.
