We invite everyone to try the Afro-Brazilian martial art of capoeira together with representatives of the international school RDA.
On November 20, UACU will host an open class with coach Anna Verbovska, purple belt (gradation of professor, 8 belt out of 10) and students of Rabo De Arraia Capoeira school.
Training:
– Will be interesting for people with different physical fitness and different ages.
– Capoeira works all muscle groups, develops agility, flexibility, endurance and coordination.
– You will work out the basic movement of capoeira – ginga, the basic blow and the technique of evasion from it, and other exciting movements.
Dress code: any clothing that does not restrict movement and shoes that allow the foot to bend.
When: November 20 at 17-00.
