Admission for Bachelor Degrees

Ukrainian-American Concordia University announces the 2025 enrollment campaign for on-campus and online Bachelor’s Degree Programs.

The language of instruction at UACU is English in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” (Article 48).

The admission is open for persons who have obtained the educational qualification level NQF5 for the first year of study on shortened terms.

Selection of the Educational Program

2nd-year students of the speciality “Management” will be able to choose one of the following educational programs:

• Management,
• Digital Management,
• Business Administration in Management and International Business,
• International Business.

2nd-year students of the speciality “Economics and International Economic Relations (by specialization)” will be able to choose the following educational program:

• International Economic Relations.

Motivation Letter

Competitive selection for higher education degrees is carried out on the basis of the results of entrance examinations and consideration of motivation letters. Requirements for motivation letters are developed by UACU Admission Office.

Requirements for motivation letter

Programs of admission examinations:

• Ukrainian Language
• Mathematics
• English Language
• History of Ukraine

All applicants are additionally required to confirm their level of English language proficiency.

Admission Procedure

1. Applications for full-time (on-campus) and extramural (online) Bachelor’s Degree Programs on the grounds of the complete general secondary educations are accepted only online. There are no limitations on the number of electronic applications at UACU.

2. The administrative order on enrollment is issued on submission to the Admissions Office (office 1-4) or info@uacu.edu.ua of the following documents:

• a photocopy of a document verifying your identity and citizenship (ID card/passport);
• a photocopy of the certificate (extract) of residence registration;
• a photocopy of your military registration document or military service registration certificate – for persons liable for military service. The original of the military registration document must be presented when submitting documents;
• a photocopy of the document (state standard) on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is carried out, and a copy of the appendix to it. The original of a nationally recognized document certifying previously obtained education (education qualification level), on the grounds of which a student is enrolled, and the official supplement (transcript) accompanying this document;
• documents justifying an entrant’s right to take part in the competition based on the results of admission examinations (or admissions ranking) on the basis of a complete general secondary education, admission interview, or non-competitive admission (if available);
• two (2) color photos (3 х 4 cm) or a digital file.

The original document confirming the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, an identity document, and a military registration document (for male applicants) must be presented by the applicant in person. Applications will not be accepted without the originals of these documents.

Submission of copies of the required documents for enrollment may be carried out, in addition to in-person submission, in the following ways:

• by sending scanned copies to the official university email address at info@uacu.edu.ua with the indication of the chosen major and form of study;

• by mailing the copies with a mandatory list of enclosures to the address of the University’s Admissions Office.

The above-mentioned set of documents must be submitted in person or sent to the official email address of the Admissions Office (or by postal mail) in the appropriate format:

• each scanned or photographed copy (or photocopy) of a document must be provided as a separate file (or page) in .png or .jpg format;

• the image must be clear and full-sized (no cropped edges);

• the text in the image must be legible and easy to read.

3. As for all Ukrainian higher education institutions, the main condition for admission to the university is the passing of the National Multi-Subject Test (2022-2025).

4. Applicants who submit a document certifying a degree (level) of education received in another state (hereinafter – the Document), must undergo the procedure of legalization and recognition (nostrification) of the Document, carried out in accordance with the Procedure for recognizing the degrees of higher education obtained in foreign higher educational institutions, established by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 504 dated May 5th, 2015, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27th, 2015, No. 614/27059. In order to continue studies at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University, a student must have their documents recognized within the first semester (6 months) of their enrollment.

The Institute enrolls international students into the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Management and Economics and International Economic Relations (by specialization). The language of instruction is English as specified in the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”.

«Admission Regulations of the Private Higher Educational Establishment-Institute “Ukrainian-American Concordia University” in 2025» were approved by the Rector.

Military Training

UACU has signed an agreement on the organization of military training for its students under the reserve officer training program at the Military Department of the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi. UACU students have the opportunity to undergo training at this university.

UACU students can undergo training on the Reserve Officers Training Program at the Department of Military Training of the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 15 specialities. Training at the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv is possible only by the assignment issued by Ukrainian-American Concordia University.
