ConcordiaUA graduate students are eligible to enroll for the dual master’s degree programs offered jointly with Concordia University Wisconsin (USA) and the University of Occupational Safety Management (Poland). The details and requirements are available in the section “Dual Degree Programs”.

Competitive selection for higher education degrees is carried out on the basis of the results of entrance examinations (ЄВІ and ЄФВВ) and consideration of motivation letters. Requirements for motivation letters are developed by UACU Admission Office.

Admission Procedure

Admission applications for competitive selection at Ukrainian-American Concordia University are to be submitted online via personal electronic cabinets.

The documents required to support you application include:

  • a photocopy of a document verifying your identity and citizenship (ID card/passport);
  • a photocopy of the certificate (extract) of residence registration;
  • a photocopy of your military registration document or military service registration certificate – for persons liable for military service. The original of the military registration document must be presented when submitting documents;
  • a photocopy of the document (state standard) on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is carried out, and a copy of the appendix to it. The original of a nationally recognized document certifying previously obtained education (education qualification level), on the grounds of which a student is enrolled, and the official supplement (transcript) accompanying this document;
  • documents justifying an entrant’s right to take part in the competition based on the results of admission examinations (or admissions ranking) on the basis of a complete general secondary education, admission interview, or non-competitive admission (if available);
  • two (2) color photos (3 х 4 cm) or a digital file.

The original document confirming the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, an identity document, and a military registration document (for male applicants) must be presented by the applicant in person. Applications will not be accepted without the originals of these documents.

Submission of copies of the required documents for enrollment may be carried out, in addition to in-person submission, in the following ways:

  • by sending scanned copies to the official university email address at info@uacu.edu.ua with the indication of the chosen major and form of study;

  • by mailing the copies with a mandatory list of enclosures to the address of the University’s Admissions Office.

The above-mentioned set of documents must be submitted in person or sent to the official email address of the Admissions Office (or by postal mail) in the appropriate format:

  • each scanned or photographed copy (or photocopy) of a document must be provided as a separate file (or page) in .png or .jpg format;

  • the image must be clear and full-sized (no cropped edges);

  • the text in the image must be legible and easy to read.

Applicants for a Master’s Degree Program on the basis of a basic or complete higher education, who submit a document certifying a degree (level) of education received in another state (hereinafter – the Document), must undergo the procedure of legalization and recognition (nostrification) of the Document in accordance with the Procedure established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. A student must have such documents nostrified during the first semester (6 months) of their enrollment.

 

The Institute enrolls international students into the Master’s Degree Program in Management, educational-professional program “Business Administration”.

Military Training

UACU has signed an agreement on the organization of military training for its students under the reserve officer training program at the Military Department of the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi. UACU students have the opportunity to undergo training at this university.

UACU students can undergo training on the Reserve Officers Training Program at the Department of Military Training of the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 15 specialities. Training at the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv is possible only by the assignment issued by Ukrainian-American Concordia University.
