Halyna A. Bevzo
Ph.D. in Philology, Associate Professor, Head of the General Studies Department and Preparatory Department.

She graduated with honors from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in 2012, earning a Master’s degree in Philology. In 2015, she completed her postgraduate studies in Comparative-Historical and Typological Linguistics. In 2018, she successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis on “The Sources of Ecological Terminology in English and Ukrainian” and was awarded the Ph.D. in Linguistics.
With many years of teaching experience, she actively participates in academic conferences, has authored over 50 scientific publications, and researches modern trends in linguistics. Dr. Bevzo specializes in intercultural communication, terminology, and psycholinguistics.
In 2022, awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of General Studies.
She has been working at the university since August 2016.
Olena I. Bielova

Completed her studies (1999–2004) in the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and graduated (2004) with an Honors Diploma and a master’s degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity.
In 2004, started her career at the Department of Management of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, first as Assistant Professor, and later on, Senior Lecturer. Since 2014, involved in the Ukrainian-Dutch double-degree program in Business Administration offered by “KROK” University. Teaches Information Management, Quality Management, Change Management, Event Management. Since 2015, has been employed as Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration and Project Management of “KROK” University; currently is Deputy Chair of the Department.
In 2016, having defended her Ph.D. thesis (dissertation) “Motivational mechanism of strategic enterprise management” at Kyiv National Economic University n.a. Vadym Hetman, was awarded a Ph.D. (Candidate’s Degree) in Economics (major 08.00.04 “Economics and enterprise management”). Since 2017, has been involved with the All-Ukrainian Training Centre for Civil Servants and Local Government Officials.

Hlib S. Buriak

During the period of 1999–2005 he studied at the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He graduated with an Honors Diploma (2003) and gained a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. In 2005, graduating with an Honors Diploma, obtained a master’s degree in International Business and gained the qualification of an international economist and English translator.
Between 2006 and 2008 worked in the civil service as Assistant Consultant to a Member of Ukrainian Parliament and a Counselor of the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine. In 2010, defended the Ph.D. dissertation “Corruption in the modern-day institutionalization of the global economy” at the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Was awarded a Ph.D. (Candidate’s Degree) in Economics (major 08.00.02 “International economic relations and global economy”). The same year, held a position of Assistant Professor at the Department of International Business of the Institute of International Relations. Tetiana Gordiienko graduated with an Honors Diploma from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specializing in “Banking”.
In 2013, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty of 08.00.08 “Money, Finance, and Credit” on the topic “Financial Planning in Leasing Companies in Ukraine.” In 2019, she obtained the academic title of Associate Professor.
She is a certified leasing specialist under the international program of the Fund for Certified Leasing Specialists (USA) and the Ukrainian Union of Certified Leasing Specialists.
She has a B2 level of English proficiency, confirmed by a certificate issued by Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics on June 27, 2018.
She has 15 years of experience in scientific and teaching activities. She worked as an assistant (2009-2012), senior lecturer (2012-2013), and associate professor (2013-2019) at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. Since 2018, she has been teaching economic and research courses at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University. Over the past five years, she has gained professional experience as a financier in private companies.
Throughout her professional career, she has actively enhanced her qualifications by participating in various international programs and internships. Among them are participation in the EU Erasmus+ program “Academic Mobility” at Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg (Germany) in 2019, Erasmus+ KA107 at the Cracow University of Economics (Poland) in 2017, and the training seminar program for educators “Student Engagement and Beyond” from the American House in Kyiv in 2018, along with a four-component training program for educators from the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine in 2017.
She has authored more than 30 scientific and educational and methodical publications, including 3 monographs, 1 educational manual, and 15 articles in specialized professional publications. Between 1997 and 2010 held a position of Director of the Association of Non-Stateowned Educational Institutions of Ukraine.

Oleksandr O. Mayevskyi

Senior Research Scientist at the Department of Military History Research of the Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
In 2012, Oleksandr graduated from the Institute of Historical Education at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University with a Master’s Degree in History and Law. In 2015, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Institute of History of Ukraine, part of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, defending his PhD thesis titled “Political Poster and Caricature as a Means of Ideological Struggle in Ukraine, 1939–1945”. His research focused on visual practices in political communication during the Second World War.
His research interests include the history of the Second World War, particularly social transformations and the formation of collective memory in the context of military conflict; propaganda as a tool of political mobilization; and visual communication in historical contexts – from state-sponsored agitation to informal visual expression in urban environments. A distinct area of his research explores informal visual practices (such as graffiti, street art, and stickers), and their role in protest culture, political identity, and the formation of the public sphere. He specializes in the interdisciplinary analysis of the visual culture of conflict, examining the intersection of visual, social, and political dimensions in public spaces.
O. Mayevsky is the author and co-author of five scholarly monographs and more than 90 publications in academic journals, including international ones. He has also participated in numerous Ukrainian and international research projects.

His research interests and activities lie in the areas of Constitutional Law and Municipal Law, and, in a lesser extent, International and European Law. Author of over thirty scientific papers, including drafts of regulatory acts, textbooks and manuals, guidelines, scientific and practical commentaries to the legislation of Ukraine, reports at international conferences, articles in professional journals, etc.
Has been Professor at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University since 2014.

In 2003, he defended his Doctoral Dissertation in Pedagogy (Education) and in 2014 – in Economics.
Since 1991, Oleksandr O. Romanovskyi has been lecturing at universities and colleges in the UK (London, Birmingham, Wolverhampton), Germany (Munich, Heidelberg, Hannover), USA (Chicago, Madison, Washington, New York, Wauwatosa, Wheaton), China (Beijing, Tianjin, Huilin, Nanjing, Changsha, etc.).
Dr. Dr. Oleksandr Romanovskyi is the author of over 280 scientific and educational works, including 19 monographs, textbooks, teaching aids. The topics include algebraic polynomial matrices, analysis and synthesis of electronic networks, introduction of computer technology in higher education, automation of production and management, administrative activity of enterprises and institutions, international higher education, innovation in education, business and education issues, entrepreneurship in higher education, theory and practice of entrepreneurial universities in the world and so on.

Having started her career in 1998, worked as a Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. Has been Associate Professor at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University since 2006 and held managerial positions, incl. Head of the International Department and Director of the Internship and Career Development Department at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University.
Author of 55 scientific and educational-methodological publications, co-author of two textbooks recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (“The experience of higher education of the United States at XX-XXI centuries. She is an author of more than 50 scientific works in national and international journals covering economic and political sciences. Also Anastasiia is a frequent participant of scientific conferences and author of articles on environmental topics.
Since 2014 she has served as an Associate Professor, and since 2021, as a Professor at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University. She teaches the «Theory of International Relations» and «International Economics» disciplines, as well as the author’s course based on her own doctoral dissertation «Ecology of world trade in the conditions of the transformation of global development».
She worked as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chair of the Board at Aventa (2008–2012).
In 2009, she founded and became the CEO of Glossary Organic Products.
In 2016, she co-founded the investment company Trident Energy, and in 2021, she founded and headed the environmental foundation Glossary Foundation.
