The Student Council takes an active part in the organization of educational activities and development of the university. Despite the challenges of today, UACU students adequately represent their community in the international arena, participate in exchange programs with foreign partner universities, demonstrate their patriotic position, and help Ukraine fight against the aggressor country on the front line, in volunteer organizations, and as part of the territorial defense forces.

UACU students are immersed in the business environment: B2B negotiations, business forums, and lectures from representatives of various businesses. Establishing a student center to support new startups, interacting with business organizations, and organizing tutoring sessions with successful entrepreneurs are the main activities of the Student Council.

Digitalization is steadily making its way into the world and student life. Students can now participate in business forums of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry online, and student contests are also held online. The Cultural Diversity contest was held, a flash mob of poetry reading was organized on the occasion of World Poetry Day, and students joined the global project Greening the Planet.

Project leadership is actively developing – different students are responsible for separate issues/projects/events.
Class presidents/representatives maintain constant two-way communication between the administration and students.

Representatives of the Student Council participate in organizing and conducting the Business English Competition, attend business forums of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI), are actively involved in career guidance workshops and master classes for high school students, and UACU’s marketing strategy development.
Until 2017, our university was called Wisconsin International University (USA) Ukraine – WIUU. Therefore, for student councils that worked during this period, we use the name WIUU!

The Student Council of WIUU helps to share ideas, interests, and problems of students with professors, deans, and the Rector. WIUU is rightfully proud of its charitable activities. WIUU students help three orphanages.

WIUU successfully cooperates with Music Mission Kiev (MMK). MMK was founded by Roger and Diane McMurrin in 1993. The purpose of the Music Mission Kiev is to hold concerts in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, to conduct American tours, as well as tours in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Members of the MMK are always welcome guests at WIUU.
Since WIUU students are interested in practicing English and German with native speakers, the ROSE Club was organized. In the club, students have the opportunity to discuss the topics that interest them and meet with native speakers.

The Student Council has launched many initiatives, such as assistance to orphanages, scientific student conferences, career days, Miss and Mister UACU competitions, and celebrations of various events.
