“This year, our students had the opportunity to apply all the knowledge and skills they have acquired in practice by participating in the educational-career project “Factory Games: Battle of Universities” organized by the HR agency UGEN. In the new season, which took place from April 17th to 28th, webinars were presented on the specifics of work and atmosphere in major factories by Coca-Cola, HBC Ukraine, Ovostar Union, Khlibprom, BTU-Center, and Imperial Tobacco Production Ukraine.
A total of 31 teams from various universities in Ukraine participated in the competition. Our university was represented by three teams of students from the 2nd to 4th year. The following cases were proposed for solution:
- From Khlibprom: warehouse space optimization;
- From BTU-Center: creating a short video about the future of biotechnology;
- From Ovostar Union: strategies for the market promotion of purified boiled eggs;
- From UGEN: creating a project for young people interested in manufacturing;
- From Coca-Cola HBC Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova: optimization of sugar supply for the company.”
