- 20 years International HR Management (finance sector, consulting);
- since 15 years Prof. for International Management, University of Applied Sciences,
- Guest Lecturer world-wide (EU, 10 years US, SE Asia, India esp. in International Management, Entrepreneurship);
- founder of the 1st MBA program in Germany in Nonprofit Management (now running 13 years);
- certain functions as founder, managing director, trustee, advisory board in SMEs and NGOs;
- now focus on own family foundation in Central Africa, and IfTQ-Cert, an international Certification agency for entrepreneurship training in developing countries.
