UNC cooperates with organizations that provide advice to the Defense Forces of Ukraine, in particular experts of the Baltic Security Foundation have been advising the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces and military education institutions of Ukraine for 10 years. The center also organizes negotiations on the rule of law with the participation of the heads of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, NABU and other Ukrainian authorities with foreign partners. In particular, in 2023 Sergei Vakarin was a co-organizer of the Impunity after Ukraine Summit in London with the participation of the Prosecutors General of the UK and Ukraine and the Chairman of Ukraine’s Supreme Court.
