Vilnius NATO summit: could surprises have been expected?

Director of UNC Sergei Vakarin took part in a conference “Vilnius NATO Summit: could surprises have been expected?”, which took place in the Media Center of the General Directorate for Foreign Missions with the participation of foreign diplomatic missions in Ukraine, experts and mass media.

The speakers included:

Andrii Zagorodniuk, Minister of Defense of Ukraine (2019–2020), Head of the Center for Defense Strategies;

Denys Bogush, a representative of the Strategic Communications Department of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

Pavlo Zhovnirenko, Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Strategic Studies;

Serhii Dzherdzh, Head of the Public Union “All-Ukrainian Public Ukraine – NATO League”, Director of Military Programs of the Razumkov Center;

Evhen Magda, Director of the Institute of World Politics.

Vakarin presented his book “2030: Lessons for Ukraine” and the collection of reports “Recovery of Ukraine: historical experience and prospects after the Victory”, which contains his reports on the future of Ukraine’s defense and security, promotion of Ukraine’s image in the world and the role of international aid.
