An integrity support group was created at the Ministry with the EU support.

US Ambassador Bridget Brink emphasized the importance of winning not only the war, but also the future. She mentioned examples of successful reforms, including the use of modern technologies and mechanisms for higher transparency and funds for reconstruction to be directly received by citizens.

Deputy EU Ambassador Remi Duflot emphasized the importance of reconstruction on a corruption-free basis. Considerable funds have been provided and the International Reconstruction Platform created, but important role of private investors in reconstruction must not be forgotten.
