The recruiter’s job at GlobalLogic consists of intensive cooperation with internal as well as external customers, communication with candidates keen on various modern technologies and software tools. Every recruiter is entirely involved in direct search and headhunting. Recruiters also participate in pre-sales projects: preparation of market profiles, analytics, expert opinions, and forecasts.
Requirements:
University graduate or last year student able to work fulltime
100% positive and motivated

Seeking a long-term career in Recruitment or Sourcing
English – at least upper-intermediate
Job Responsibilities:
A structured training program with full recruitment life cycle training (1st month)
1 on 1 mentoring from specialist recruiters (1st and 2nd months)
Work as Sourcer with individual Mentor (1st -3rd months)
Work as autonomous Sourcer (3rd – 6th months)
BaseCamp Hiring (4th – 6th months)
Involvement in Career Day or any other hiring event (4th – 6th months)
